CFOs and their judgement of technology investments

I wonder if the number CFOs (43%) who believe they are NOT getting an acceptable return from their technology investments are running Microsoft/Exchange shops…

    … or maybe they are making decisions based on something other than what they actually need and the just chose a technology because it sounded like the ‘new thing’ instead of a solution that would provide the feature/functionality that they actual need.
