Answer this: Is IE better than Firefox for buying event tickets?

I just spent 40 minutes trying to buy Cubs/Brewers tickets on February 23rd. I launched two different browsers: Firefox and Internet Explorer. MLB.com has a new feature this year called the Virtual Waiting Room while you wait during the peak periods.

Twice, I was able to log into MLB.com, go through the “virtual waiting room” and buy tickets. Firefox never connected. Opera didn’t work at all for what it was worth.

I guess some stuff still works better with IE. So… if you’re doing something on the web that is really time sensitive. Use IE.
